Acer palmatum Jerre Schwarz, a stunning dwarf Japanese maple, flaunts distinctive, deciduous foliage in an array of hues changing throughout the year.
In spring, you can expect the dark green leaves to take on bronze colouring with a pink flush, going on to turn a bright red in autumn. The leaves may be accompanied by inconspicuous flowers in spring, then followed by red, winged seeds in summer.
The fairly slow-growing tree will reach maturity over the course of 10 to 20 years, with its compact habit meaning it will require minimal pruning.
Choose your preferred pot size - 9cm, 3L or 10L - from the selection menu. This is always subject to stock availability.
Please Note: When purchasing plants, please consider that each live item is unique and may therefore differ from the images shown, which are for illustration purposes only. The plant will be supplied in a growers pot. Depending on season, some plants may be pruned back to encourage growth and deciduous plants may arrive without leaves.
