Acer 'Pévé Dave'

Acer 'Pévé Dave' is a stunning Japanese maple cultivar with slender, deeply divided leaves in a deep, striking purple colour. Come autumn, the attractive deciduous shrub will take on a gradation of beautiful orange and red hues.

Inconspicuous red flowering may appear in spring, followed by green, winged seed pods with a red flush.

Like all Maple trees, Acer 'Pévé Dave' will not need much in terms of maintenance. It will require little to no pruning, aside from tidying up to remove any broken, damaged or otherwise unwanted branches. Prune the plant in its dormant period, in late autumn or winter.
